What is Lytical?

Lytical is an AI-powered analytics and insights platform that helps marketers, founders, and agencies understand what’s happening on their website — and what to do about it.

What is an event?

An event is any tracked user interaction such as page views, clicks, form submissions, or custom events sent through our script. Events are counted per site, not per user.

What happens if I go over my event limit?

This is one of the biggest anxieties for analytics tools.

We never stop tracking.

If you exceed your monthly event quota, you'll receive an alert and an option to upgrade your plan. Only your first 100,000 events will be accessible during the month. Events reset on the 1st of every month. 

You will never lose data.

 

Can I install Lytical on multiple websites?

Yes. Each site has its own tracking token, analytics, and insights.

Multi-site management is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Do I need technical skills to install Lytical?

No. You just paste a single script tag into your site’s <head>.

We provide setup guides for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom sites.

How does Lytical's AI work?

Our AI (Quincy) analyzes your site’s traffic, SEO performance, competitor movements, and marketing data to produce insights and recommendations.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Lytical is GDPR-compliant, uses encrypted data transit, and does not sell or share your data. Login options include password, passwordless, and all accounts have access to 2-factor authentication via authentication apps.
You control what data is collected and can delete it at any time.

How long does it take to see insights?

Within minutes of installing the tracking script, Quincy begins generating insights, SEO recommendations, and traffic breakdowns.
More advanced datasets (GA, GSC, Ads) sync within a few hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. When you cancel, your plan will end on your next billing date. You can continue using Lytical on the free plan for as long as you choose, and your data remains available until you delete your account.

Will Lytical slow down my website?

No. Lytical loads asynchronously from our CDN and does not block rendering.
The script is lightweight and optimized for performance.

How is Lytical different from Google Analytics and other analytics tools?

GA shows what happened. Lytical shows what to do about it.
Others analyze competitors. Lytical analyzes your site + competitors + your actual user sessions.
Lytical combines analytics, SEO, and AI insights into one platform.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, every account gets access to all features for the first 30 days. After 30 days, your site will be automatically downgraded to the free plan unless you upgrade to paid.
You can test Lytical using your live site data before committing.

Can I import historical data from other tools?

Yes, we support imports from Google Analytics. If you have other analytics platforms you want to import, you can send us a CSV and we will import the data for you. 

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel (downgrade your plan to free), your data will continue to accumulate until you turn off your site scans, tracking code, other other integrations.

The data is yours to export at any time, and if you choose to delete your account, all of your accounts data will be deleted immediately.

How many users can I have in my Lytical account?

As many as you want! We don't believe in pricing per seat and playing seat-swapping roulette. We want all members of your team to have access to the valuable insights Lytical offers to help you better understand your website opportunities.

What permissions are available in Lytical?

Lytical has three tiers of permissions:

  1. Regular users (access to insights, chats, channels, etc.)
  2. Admin users (access to add or delete sites, configure integrations, add or remove users, and modify settings.
  3. Billing users (single user responsible for choosing the plan, adding billing information, or cancelling/downgrading the plan).
