We only use integration data to deliver Lytical features and insights. We do not share or sell integration data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
You may disconnect integrations at any time, after which we will stop collecting new data from that source. Previously synced data can be deleted through your account settings before disconnecting, or will be removed when your account is deleted.
Google API Data Usage & Privacy
Lytical (“the Application”) uses Google APIs to provide analytics, reporting, and data visualization features requested by users. The Application’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Ads Data
With a user’s explicit authorization, the Application accesses Google Ads data to retrieve advertising performance metrics (such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversion data) for reporting and analysis within the Application.
• Google Ads data is accessed read-only for reporting purposes.
• The Application does not create, modify, or manage advertising campaigns, budgets, bids, or ads.
• Google Ads data is displayed only to the authenticated user who granted access.
Google Analytics Data
With user authorization, the Application accesses Google Analytics data to retrieve website and application performance metrics.
• Data is used to generate dashboards, insights, and visualizations within the Application.
• The Application does not modify Google Analytics configurations or settings.
• Analytics data is not shared with third parties.
Google Search Console (Webmasters) Data
If authorized, the Application accesses Google Search Console data to retrieve search performance metrics, such as queries, impressions, clicks, and indexing status, for display and analysis.
Google Sheets Data
If authorized, the Application may read data from Google Sheets selected by the user to enable reporting or data aggregation features. The Application only accesses spreadsheets explicitly chosen by the user.

Data Retention and Deletion
• Google API data is stored in our database to provide reporting and dashboard features you have requested. This data is retained until you delete it or close your account.
• Any cached data is retained only for the minimum duration necessary to operate the Application and improve performance.
• Users may revoke Google API access at any time via their Google Account settings.
• Upon revocation or account deletion, all associated Google API data stored by the Application is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
User Control and Consent
Users are always informed of the data being requested and must explicitly consent before any Google data is accessed. Users can disconnect Google services at any time from within the Application or through their Google Account permissions.
LinkedIn Ads Integration
When you connect your LinkedIn Ads account to Lytical, we access your advertising data through the LinkedIn Marketing API. This includes:
- Campaign performance data: impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and engagement metrics
- Account information: ad account name and ID
- Campaign structure: campaign names, ad groups, and creatives
We use this data solely to display your advertising performance within your Lytical dashboard and to provide AI-powered insights when enabled. We request only read-only access to your LinkedIn Ads data and do not modify your campaigns or settings.
LinkedIn Ads data is stored securely in our database to enable historical reporting and trend analysis. You may disconnect your LinkedIn Ads integration at any time, after which we will stop collecting new data from that source. You may also request deletion of previously synced LinkedIn Ads data through your integration settings.

Meta Ads Integration
When you connect your Meta Ads account to Lytical, we access your advertising data through the Meta Marketing API. This includes:
- Campaign performance data: impressions, reach, clicks, spend, frequency, CTR, CPC, and CPM
- Conversion data: purchases, purchase value, leads, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Engagement data: post reactions, comments, shares, saves, and video view metrics
- Account information: ad account name and ID
- Campaign structure: campaign, ad set, and ad names and statuses
We use this data solely to display your advertising performance within your Lytical dashboard and to provide AI-powered insights when enabled. We request only read-only access (ads_read and business_management permissions) and do not modify your campaigns, audiences, or settings.
Meta Ads data is stored securely in our database to enable historical reporting, period comparisons, and trend analysis. You may disconnect your Meta Ads integration at any time, after which we will stop collecting new data from that source. You may also delete all previously synced Meta Ads data through your integration settings.

9. Data Retention
Website Analytics Data
We retain analytics data (visitor sessions, events, and engagement metrics) collected through our tracking script indefinitely, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your site's analytics data at any time by contacting us at privacy@lytical.ai or through your account settings.
Account Data
We retain your account information (name, email, billing details) for as long as your account is active. Login session records are automatically invalidated after 90 days of inactivity. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@lytical. After confirmation, we will permanently remove all associated data. We may still retain records as needed (including invoices and payment records) as needed to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Security Logs
We retain login IP addresses and security audit logs for up to 90 days to protect against unauthorized access and investigate potential security incidents. This data is kept under our legitimate interest in maintaining account security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@lytical.ai. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
